Sort Mail: a Bulgarian development helping you manage your overloaded inbox more easily
A Bulgarian team is building Sort Mail — a new iOS app that uses AI to make email management faster, easier and more intuitive.
More and more of our daily communication happens over email, and with it grows the time we spend reviewing, sorting and replying to messages. A Bulgarian team is developing Sort Mail — a new iOS app built with one main goal: to make email management faster, easier and more intuitive.
Sort Mail unifies different email accounts from Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, IMAP, POP and other email providers into a single smart inbox. Instead of the user manually reviewing dozens of messages, the app uses AI models for machine learning and contextual analysis to surface what matters, categorize emails and present key information in a short, clear form.
This way, long emails and threads can be understood at a glance, and messages that need attention are brought to the front.
Other capabilities of Sort Mail include personalized reply suggestions tailored to context and communication style, translation of emails into different languages, and image creation directly inside the app.
The goal is for technology to take over part of the routine actions that take up time every day — sorting, reading long messages, translating and preparing replies — while control stays in the user's hands.
Online presentation of Sort Mail on August 26 / 16:00
On August 26, 2026 at 16:00, the team behind the project will present Sort Mail during a special online event on Zoom. Attendees will see a live demo of the app, learn more about the technology behind it, and discover how this new approach can change everyday email management.
The event is open to everyone and will be streamed live on Zoom at this link: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/85984617145?pwd=CWGgzY69O2cS8jYYkUEuC8OpFbKr1N.1 .
